Again this year, “Scouting for Food” might bring Boy Scouts to your neighborhood the next two Saturdays. We got the alert from Troop 282; they are dropping off door tags this morning till about 10:30 am, and then will return 9 am-1:30 pm a week from today (March 24) to collect what you donate for the West Seattle Food Bank. If you would like to donate and don’t get a visit, call 206-890-2237.
North Admiral District was swarmed by the Cubs and Webelos of Pack 793. Wind, Rain, Snow….no big deal! Pick up will be next Saturday. If neighbors have extra goodies or did not recieve a flier – the Pack will be @ the triangle park in the morning of the 17th staging and sorting for delivery to the West Seattle Food Bank.

The pickup this Saturday will be from 9:00 AM to around 10:30 AM @ 44th Ave SW and SW Hill St , bring us your food if you did not receive a flier and we will deliver to the WS foodbank for you. A comment from the food bank “Our shelves are pretty empty so this is a great time and really appreciated! Thank you all so much for your work on this food drive.”
