Candlelight vigil planned next weekend for Jeremy Peck

Family and friends searching for West Seattleite Jeremy Peck have set the date and time for a candlelight vigil: 4:30-7:30 pm next Sunday, January 23rd, outside the Admiral Pub. That’s where they say Jeremy was last seen, early Christmas Eve morning. The newly circulated Facebook invite for the vigil is here. (An anonymous tipline has been set up at 206-478-4905; here’s our original story on his disappearance.)

Just saw on the facebook page that the Admiral Pub is not allowing the friends and family of Jermey to post the missing person flyer and the ones they were allowed to post last week are gone?! Why would they do something like that wgen that was his last known location?? Not to mention most if not all other WS business’ have them posted…I would like to know why they would do this.

I walked by the AP during the rains last week, and the flyers were soaked and the ink had blurred. They may have blown away or dropped off. The flyer that was covered in plastic and secured is still on the pole in front of the pub.

John and Jeremy Peck were my neighbors for 10 yrs and Jeremy still continued to the day he was missing would come to my home on a daily basis. He was loved by my family and a part of it. I hope they find out why something awful like this happened. He was a sweet funny person. He was my sons best friend. He is greatly missed by me and my family! Everywhere we look in West Seattle is a memory of Jeremy and his sister Bobbi Joe. I hope we get peace of mind soon and find out why this happened.

Sorry, comment time is over.
