West Seattle Thursday: From Babypants to BBQ, and beyond

A month after captivating the West Seattle Summer Fest crowd, Caspar Babypants is back on a hometown stage for the Admiral Neighborhood Association‘s Summer Concerts at Hiawatha series (co-sponsored by WSB) tonight, 6:30 pm at Hiawatha Community Center‘s east lawn, free, with The Board of Education. ANA president Katy Walum says the previously announced burger truck won’t be there after all – logistics didn’t work out – but the Full Tilt Ice Cream-selling “cooler on wheels” will be, with a larger supply! plus ANA is offering free “frozen treats, and 2 free face-painters will be there. Most important of all: Please bring diapers to donate to WestSide Baby. Katy says the sizes needed most right now are newborn and pull-ups.
