It was a good run, Seahawks. Congrats on a great season!

Can I add, that I didn’t really realize until this year just how hard these student atheletes work. Many of the Sealth players – and I’m sure the same applies to other schools – are moving right into a spring sport from here. It takes a lot of dedication to practice a few hours a day, study, and then maybe even play an instrument, do community service, or work. I do NOT have that kind of youthful energy anymore. Kudos to them!

To clarify…the Chief Sealth boys still have (at least) one more game on Saturday against O’Dea at 11:30 at BCC. If they win, they go on to state in Tacoma. Come on out to support them and cheer them on to state!

Great news C-Hawks! We thought yesterday was a must-win to stay alive – that would be why I’m not a sports reporter, LOL.

That’s how it was represented to us too, and our original information came from somebody at Sealth. But glad to know there’s another game, we’ll get it on the Weekend Lineup, which we’re working on right now, and will add it to this blurb for those who don’t read comments. I see it’s on the Sealth Daily Bulletin, which we get by e-mail, too … TR

Sorry, comment time is over.
