The Weekly’s food blog Voracious says Mural, the Harbor Properties project in the ex-Petco parking lot, will include a restaurant called Fresh, involving folks from Herban Feast, which recently moved HQ from West Seattle to Sodo.
I for one am glad to see someone offering up an organic lunch and dinner option. I’m getting mighty tired of all of the restaurants in the area offering up inorganic lunches and dinners. When I go out to eat, I prefer stuff that used to be or is currently alive.
I have to say that I want to hate all of these new buildings, but with the addition of things like WS-rooted Fresh and the shared (was it Zip that was mentioned?) cars available for tenants…Mural is starting to separate itself from the pack a bit.
