Rio de Janairo shuts the long strip along Copacabana & Ipanema every Sunday (entire day) AND Wednesday nites, if I recall, and bikes & rollerbladers separated from walkers/promenaders – entire extended families meet up and socialize, running into friends and making more. I guess the previous emailer is my answer to, “WHAT HAS TAKEN SO LONG?”
