Till 3 pm today – those are some of the adoptable heart-stealers King County Animal Services has brought to the Furry Faces Foundation plant sale at 3809 46th SW (map). The sale’s continuing till 4 and is running again tomorrow, but the critters are only there today, and only till 3.
Come on, folks. The critters got all dressed up and arrived in their pretty carriers, all in the hope that they’ll be in their new loving home before the end of the day. Don’t let them end their day in the same place they began it. They came to be with you. You will make their life happy. They shouldn’t have to go back, unwanted. They’ll devote their lives to you. In exchange for a little food every day, they’ll be your devoted companion and make your life happier too.

pes are the most wonderful companions and adopted pets have so much love and appreciation to give. i hope beautiful little animals find a warm home today. the ears on that pup are too cute!
Bait and switch! We went to the sale to check on the adorable big-eared dog in your photo above. He, in particular, is not up for adoption (he was a couple of years ago and now lives with one of the shelter gals). But…while we were there, two dogs got adopted! Meanwhile, we bought a basil plant.
Sorry about that, ValMalGal, our roving field photographer didn’t note that detail. Glad you at least got a plant out of it :)
