Another caucus followup: Official precinct-by-precinct results

As promised, the 34th District Democrats have posted the official list of precinct-by-precinct results for West Seattle (plus Vashon and the rest of the 34th). Find it here. (P.S. The 34th DDs’ monthly meeting is 7 pm Wednesday night, The Hall @ Fauntleroy.) The King County Republicans only break it down by legislative district (see that here) – the 34th GOP ended with 66 McCain delegates, 44 Paul, 40 Huckabee.

Was there anyone else at the 34-1541 district (Arbor Heights) who thinks they’ve got the numbers wrong on the 34th District Democrats site? I could have sworn we were 3 for Obama, 2 for Clinton, not vice versa.

Someone from another precinct just wrote to say he thinks his precinct count is wrong as well and he is writing the organization. I will check with them about whether they are still fixing anomalies on this etc. – meantime, that reader’s suggestion to check your precinct is probably a good one.

Folks didn’t sign in and leave before the final tally did you?

If so, numbers could have changed for the second count…

ok…the way I understand it, the caucuses were scheduled when it was so working people could come, sign in, state their preference, and leave to get back to work. I’m sure that there were people who left before the final tally out of necessity. But, you’re right, Mick…things may have changed by the end, although this sounds like the end was different than was stated officially.

Sorry, comment time is over.
