Always friendly, always cheap, always get right in, huge portions. Usually makes me a bit sick I think because of the grease. But it is a good option or mexican

We’ve been coming here for over 20 years but tonight was the deal breaker! While eating our chips and salsa my daughter noticed something on the wall of our booth. It was a bug sticking about half out of the trim molding on the booth wall. Upon closer inspection I verified that it was indeed a small cockroach. You can’t miss the waving antennae! We told the waitress and asked to be moved to a table in the middle of the room. She couldn’t see the roach sticking out but moved us anyway. After she transferred our silverware and drinks to our new table another cockroach skittered across the table. We grabbed it in a napkin and showed the waitress. They took it away and then acted all confused like “What? Really? Where? even after seeing it and taking it away. We left promptly and will never go back. So sad.

Generous portions of food that will make you wish you had eaten elsewhere the next day. The last three times we have eaten there we both felt sick the next day. Don’t bother.

Isn’t this the joint that got busted for selling stolen wine and liquor? I ate there once and never again. I was worried that I wasn’t going to get home to the toilet in time!

We had not been here for a long time, but tried it again tonight. We should not have. They have again managed to get their liquor license suspended, the food was awful. Stale chalupa shell, tasteless filling. Yes, the portions are huge. We had planned to go to Taco Time, but decided to splurge a bit for a full service restaurant. We should have stuck to our original plan.

Restaurants are not just about food. They are about the likability and character of the people who own the business and work there.

I use to go here for cheap lunch specials but a few years ago I stopped giving these people my business. After I told the owner I had seen drug deals at the table next to me and he blew it off. That’s arrogance and the absolutely mediocre food was not worth sacrificing my integrity. I have not been in since.

Fast forward a few years and the owner is pleading guilty to a felony for selling stolen alcohol.
