This morning I found a stray chicken in my yard. She’s a total love bug, but I’m sure she’d rather go home than roost on my back porch. Can you help me spread the word about the bird? Found around 42nd SW and Holly at 8 am this morning. I walked all over the neighborhood with her this am, but could not find her coop.
Found female pit bull – mix? Brindle, purple collar. Appears to have recently finished nursing puppies. Very energetic & friendly. no tags or microchip. Found on 25th Ave SW between Hudson & Puget this morning ~ 10:30. 206-679-1625
Found Belvedere/Admiral neighborhood – 206-933-7877 – Really sweet, and very hungry young male tabby cat has been begging at several houses before choosing mine. Now safe and well fed, and has a name, so better speak up if he’s yours!
A good Samaritan dropped off an old, female, gray, ear-tipped cat to West Seattle Animal Hospital. The cat looks like it had been shaved within the past few months. She is very skinny so may have been on her own for quite a while. If you think this is your cat, please contact West Seattle Animal Hospital at 206-932-3308.
Original info removed – but Olivia’s people sent this message on Saturday 11/23/2013:
Olivia the cat has been found–ALIVE!!!
She appeared at home this evening with no explanation and no evidence of where she has been.
She is emaciated and has been eating, drinking, and resting.
Thanks so much WS Blog and readers for your support.
It is truly amazing, and we still cannot believe she is really back.

Gracie was last seen on the corner of Holden Street and 24th Ave SW. She is a really sweet cat who, due to being older, easily loses her sense of direction and wanders off. If you have seen her, please call Dusty at 310-717-1173.
