Will keep a look out for him farther up the hill.
Put up a flyer at Cafe Ladro if you can, or the Pet Food store nearby.
No doubt he is hunkered down, it being so cold/windy last night.

sadly, our little guy Mr. Whiskers was found deceased (hit by car).
