MISSING CHICKEN: Seen lap-napping SueAnn? – January 17, 2016 1:32 am

With a heavy but still hopeful heart I’m posting in case someone has seen my sweet SueAnn. She’s a Partridge Old English Bantam hen who responds to her name. She is likely to approach people too as she is very friendly and so little. She’s my little shadow and gardening buddy. Even takes naps on my lap. She went missing without any sign on Friday evening before sundown – she was in the backyard around 4pm and then didn’t come to roost in the henhouse. She was a rescue herself as a year old hen who’d been beaten up so badly she’s permanently scarred, though she healed well. If you see her please call me at (503) 893-4158. I live off of Avalon in Luna Park area. Thank you. Brittany

Oh no! I’m pretty sure you’re my neighbor and I love hearing the chickens clucking in the am when I’m still laying in bed. I’ll keep my eyes peeled for her.
