  I found Chloe this afternoon and she is now at the Seattle Animal Shelter. What a wonderful little girl she is!

  I called animal control and it sounds like Chloe is there.
  Thanks for the help from the SW precinct for keeping her safe.
  I will be able to pick her up shortly.
