How sad. I hope he or she finds a good home. Will you be caring for him until then?

NO!!! In that bad of physical shape (skinny, limp) do NOT wait for an ‘owner’ plus.. you’ve already put the photo up, so anyone who wants to falsely claim the dog and then use it for fighting bait (or other abuses) can describe the dog from photo. Also, anyone who is more expert than I, but aren’t those ears extremely cropped beyond normal range? Some so the cropping on their own

(Ooops) .. cropping on their own to save having a Vet do it properly. That looks like a home botch job. Please, PLEASE call Seattle Animal Control Sat. morning for a pick up, or take the poor baby there yourself (15th NW, just north of the Magnolia Bridge) and relinquish yourself. That dog deserves better than whatever it came from. No, I don’t need to hear any rude commenters, dog in bad shape, don’t care if their ‘person’ can’t afford it.. Get It Help! Call (206)386-PETS or better yet, take doggie there yourself. It will get Vet care and maybe a new home. Thank you!!

Poor old pup.. bring it to Burien CARES atleast they are a non kill shelter :)

Alisha, There is no such thing as a ‘no kill shelter.’ If the dog was found in Seattle it needs to go to Seattle’s shelter. In Burien, to Burien’s facility. In unincorporated King County, to RASKC. The dog just looks very old to me, but KD is correct, let owners pick it up from the shelter.

What is the update about this dog?  Do you still have him/her or did you call the Animal Shelter?  The vest looks clean, so dog does not look neglected.  Owners are probably trying to find the poor thing.

Oh my. Have you found owner yet? I will try the number above.  I think I know her. If it’s who I’m thinking,  she is a senior and very well loved, not a home job on the ear crop.

I just confirmed with the OP that she is home – yay!!
