  You can call the number on the license, enter the tag number and it will give you the owner and any other contacts they listed. It’s all automated.

  I’m almost 99% sure I saw this dog being walked by it’s owner yesterday in the same area you found him. They must live close by somewhere??? Hope they read the blog so they can be reunited.
