Found this small dog. No tags. Have in fenced yard, but we will be leaving by 1 pm. Pls call two 06 nine 09 82zero4.

    The dog, Spencer, had an ID tag. A message has been left with the owner who lives in Newcastle (Spencer is a long ways from home!). Spencer is currently at Greentree Animal Hospital.
