Found dog – September 30, 2015 3:47 pm

Dog found on Seola Beach today. Has a collar and rabies tag but no microchip. Rabies tag tracked down to a vet in Arizona- His name is Phantom, 10 year old poodle. Owner passed away on Friday in Burien. Trying to track down next of kin who has taken possession of Phantom if any. He was very dehydrated and wobbly so not sure if he’s had a home since Friday.     We live on Seola Beach. I am confused by this post and not sure what help is being asked. Are you looking for family of owner that passed away or the dog? I would like to try to help but need to know what you are needing
