This cat frequents our home. It has no collar. Light orange, not afraid of people but a tiny bit skittish. It likes to hang around our cat. Kevin — 206-817-7952 or Laura at 206-931-1753
Hmm…that looks like a stray that hangs out around our house (Morgan) too. By any chance is he not fixed, very skinny, with blue eyes.
We lost a cat that looks like that a year and a half ago… she’s chipped. You might try to take this cat in to see if it is chipped. Thanks for posting!! Many cats that are presumed to be stray are actually lost pets.
I just called both phone numbers. I would love to find out if it’s our boy.
Not fixed I don’t think. Eyes are kind of blue but kind of light colored as well. It is a skinny cat and likes our cat even though she’s fixed.
I’m pretty sure after looking at the added picture it’s the same cat. It seems to have wide roaming range. I’ve seen him traveling up Graham towards 35th a few times. He’s friendly with our cat too. We’ve been trying to befriend him to find out if he’s chipped, but he’s skittish. I’ve only managed to pet his head. Also noticed his visits are sporadic so I figured he’s been hitting other houses. ;) Would love to know if he’s got a home.
That looks like the stray that hangs around 36th and Raymond. Started showing up about 3 years ago. Not fixed, friendly. At our house we call him BB. If he comes around we give him a little kibble. I know he gets food from other neighbors on the block but we all think he is a stray. I would like to think he has a home because he looks pretty healthy but I don’t think that is the case. Also he is not fixed!
I thought he might have a home because he is usually only around mid-day to early evening, but never past about ten at night or in the morning so I figured he was at his home then, but maybe not. I didn’t get a real good look at his hind end but I think I saw the BB! He’s nice enough so we feed him sometimes too.
OMG! This little guy is hilarious and clearly a charmer. The stories he could tell with a kitty cam. ;) He meows at our door when he wants food, so we dubbed him Emperor Meow. I’m cool with BB. I would just love to see him fixed, but I’ve only managed to pet his head. Is he more confident with anyone else?
He’s not fixed and visits our house often and apparently others too. We haven’t managed to gain his confidence to take him in. LisaB if you do manage to capture him. Please return him back . He really is a sweet guy and clearly seems to get around. I think he’s been around for more than at least a year. We might consider adopting him, but I would need to talk to my guy.
Thank you for your reply Astro. It would be a fast and easy process (usually) to trap him, neuter him and return him as a community cat. Knowing he is being fed and provided shelter from the elements is important.
Keep me posted :)
Hi LisaB,
I talked to my guy. He feels, if you’re able to catch him for neutering, we are happy to keep feeding him. He believes this little guy is definitely the neighborhood cat – very independent and as I’ve mentioned before, the most we’ve been able to do is pet his head before feeding him. Perhaps, someday, he would feel comfortable allowing more than that, it’s how we ended up with our little man Pele (14yrs. now). I think, he’s definitely easy going with other cats. :)
