  I believe this bird is a conure based on a September lost and found photo from Craigslist.  https://seattle.craigslist.org/skc/laf/5424438419.htmlIt looks almost identical to the bird in the add, very very close.  Maybe the pic was take when the bird was younger?   I contacted the owner today via email but have yet to hear back.  I am planning on bringing the little guy to the seattle animal shelter if I don’t hear back in the next hour or soCraig 206 604 5495
