  I can take him over the holiday if his owners are not found before then. I will be out on xmas eve for the evening, but I have a crate that he can stay in while I am away. I can be reached at 206.914.5034

  If no one gets a hold of you by morning, try and find a Veterinarian Clinic that is open and has a micro-chip reader to see if he is chipped. Instant ID.

  If you can’t find his people in time my pups and I would be happy to house him and try to help find his family. We live in Montlake.

  A friend is taking him to check for chip in the morning, assuming he isn’t chipped, he will stay with me for a couple days, will need help with putting up posters for him if anyone can help

  Was the owner found? Is this the same dog listed as found at the dog park on 12/28?? Was he returned and left wandering again??

  We found this dog tonight 1/2/13. His name is Guss and he is an escape artist. His owners love him very much. There is a flyer at the north entrance with his picture and 2 numbers to reach the owners at. 206-473-7896 & 206-455-4397. The second one is the one that worked for me. Very nice people and a very nice dog. They may need a taller very nice fence. Live close to the park. Good luck to the next person.

  Gus has been out and about since…I last saw him last week at Westcrest Off Leash Area. People were asking around if anyone knew who he was with…I pointed to the poster still up in the kiosk, and said “that’s Gus, and this is at least the 4th time he has been out since just before Christmas”. He still didn’t have a name take with phone number on. I called both numbers, got through to the second one, and the owner came and got him.

  Don’t be surprised if he is seen out again!
