I found a dog in front of my house this evening about 9::30 in his pet carrier. I am hoping you can help me find his owners. There wasn’t any ID on him or in the carrier so I can’t find them that way. He’s small, cute and a tiny bit afraid! If the owner can be found, please contact me at 206-229-1624. Text is usually best. They can describe the dog and the carrier he was in. I didn’t want to leave him outside in the bad weather.

It must have been a very sad, sad situation for someone to leave their pup outside of someone’s home, in their crate.
