  Did she escape again, as it’s owner was driving around looking for it earlier today via car. The older female owner seemed distraught and did not have a pen and paper to write down her phone number. She said her tags were old and out of date. I just saw a choc lab running around 12th and Webster tonight, and it was whining from being out in the cold, but would not let me get close to her to catch her at 11:30 p.m. I sincerely hope she is reunited with her owner soon, who seems like a very caring person.
