I go to Freshy’s every week while my kids are at their karate class, and I have been knocked out by their amazing soups and sandwiches. If you’re lucky, you’ll come in while they’re cooking and be greeted with the scent of sauteing veggies and yummy spices they use. The coffee and tea are both great, and the the staff couldn’t be nicer.

I lived above Freshy’s for three years before moving to Morgan Junction, and I miss the place like crazy. The people are amazing, sweet, and friendly, the service is always excellent, the food is inventive and always delicious, comforting, and satisfying. And always homemade! Freshy’s is more than a cafe though — it’s a community. They have open mic nights, local artisan crafting sales, local art on the walls, live music, holiday parties. They’ll always make whatever you want to drink or eat as long as they have the ingredients. They’ll always make you feel at home.
