A Zeeks delivery driver is responsible for assisting in coordinating delivery operations at the store level and ensuring Zeeks policies, protocol and standards are adhered to and met in store and on every delivery with regard to his personal responsibilities. This person will serve as a liaison to the director of delivery operations and will provide analysis and feedback about the store’s delivery operations. It is imperative that Zeeks delivery customers receive fresh, hot product that meet or exceed Zeeks standards on every order and is the responsibility of the delivery driver to ensure this is happening on all. This person must represent the Zeeks organization in professional and positive fashion. He/She must stay on task and maintain a sense of focus and urgency at all times.

Specific Responsibilities

• Adhering to and Implementing Delivery Policy and Protocol: Responsible for ensuring that Zeeks delivery and catering protocol is consistently adhered to in uncompromising fashion on personal deliveries.

• Basic side work while not on deliveries – Always stay busy! Washing dishes, folding boxes, food preparation, door hanging, cleaning.

• Communicating with store General Manager / Director of Delivery Operations: Delivery drivers are responsible for maintaining consistent communication with the store GM and the director of delivery operations and providing analysis and feedback concerning his store’s delivery operations.

• Knowledge and implementation of out the door times for business catering: These out the door times are applicable for Zeeks pre – 4PM weekday catering business out of the Greenlake, Phinney and Dravus locations. Be aware of what the out the door times are for business catering by downtown zone and ensure they are being followed on a daily basis.

Experience and Qualifications

• Some delivery driving experience preferred. Pizza experience a plus!

• High level communication skills mandatory.

• Motivated self-starter

• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback.

• Demonstrated commitment to high-standards.

• Ability to remain level-headed, think clearly and multi-task productively under pressure

• Availability nights/weekends a must!
