What we are looking for:
For this position you must love people, wine, and deliver top-notch customer service. You are the face of Kerloo and are addicted to learning about wine, enjoy geeking out on wine, and get a kick out of helping fellow earthlings on their wine journey. Basically we are looking for a wine junkie with good energy.What a Wine Ambassador job details:
• Greet all guests and ensure they receive an enjoyable and memorable tasting room experience.
• Promote our Calling Club, Event Rental, and Special Events.
• Use Order Port to ring up customers (cash and credit card transactions), process shipping orders,
keep track of wine samples, releasing pre-paid orders and pre-paid club wines, close out the till.
• Open and close the tasting room.
• Tasting Room 101’s: Clean and buff glassware, keep the tasting room looking like a magazine, take
garbage out, wipe down counters, restock inventory.
• Be punctual, professional, and a team player with a great attitude.What makes this Tasting Room job different than other tasting rooms?

• 2+ years of proven, successful sales, hospitality and/or wine industry experience; tasting room
experience strongly preferred
• Wine certificates, wine education is preferred and encouraged.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings
• Participate in special events or off-site winery functions, as needed
• Someone with passion for details and superior customer service
• Ability to work on your feet and stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
• Valid Class 12 Mixologist Permit
• Valid Food Handler’s Permit
