Our townhouse tankless water heater is 11 years old and needs to be replace. Has anybody replaced one recently? Any recommendations? Anyone who I should avoid? TIA

I just had Abundant Heating replace mine. Nice guy, good work, very timely, and the price was in the lower end of the bids. 206 244 3393.
