trying to fix the “not showing” again – keep watch

Happy Tuesday.

I have just tried something else that I’m hoping will stop the “post not showing” problem that still is striking a couple times a day, particularly with posts that include web addresses.

It in effect disables the spam filter, which only seemed to be catching those generally non-spam posts anyway. (The main spam problem with the forum remains spam registrations, which I have to manually delete, but that usually is accomplishable before the spam registrants ever try to post anything.)

You all have been great about sending quick notes when you detect the filter has caught you – please do that if you see it happen now (I do so hope this is THE fix) – and also keep a close eye for spammers – hoping this doesn’t open the gate to anything nefarious.
