As a former horribly depressed teen that acted out a lot I cannot say enough good things about Charles Huffine. Seriously, I some how came out of suffering from post traumatic stress disorder and multiple suicide attempts to becoming a happy, high-functioning adult and I give Huffine most of the credit. I went to a ton of therapists as a teen and there was no one I connected with or trusted more than him.
