Anyone else hearing the hum this morning? It’s windy up here on top of Genesee Hill which may be why it’s waxing and waning. I wonder if the new silencer is now in place. Somebody else said in previous comments that no ship unloading was happening at the concrete plant until later this month, and it’s later this month…

Yes, I heard it off and on this morning too. It wasn’t as steady as it’s been in the past, but I definitely heard it.
