I’m looking for an exercise class in West Seattle that will help tone my core muscles while giving me more flexibility. Please no boot camp classes with loud music or shouting instructors. I’m looking for a gentle, centering experience with a knowledgeable & engaging instructor who easily leads beginners through a balanced practice. Any suggestions welcomed. Thank you!

A gyrokinesis class just started coming to West Seattle. Sat 9 am at Youngstown Center. It’s a very gentle movement class – has elements of core work like yoga but the emphasis is on bringing movement and space into your spine.
