The $164,000,000 Spokane Street Viaduct is finally completed! Now the City is trying to pay for the project by keeping the 35 MPH speed limit that was based on the old substandard facility with narrow lanes and no shoulders.

The new facility has wide lanes and shoulders, yet the City did not adjust the speed limit to reflect the SIGNIFICANT improvement. Like I said they are now working to pay for it one citation at a time!
