Disabled child in need of DSHS-qualified personal caregiver for up to 89 hours per month. Must be available mornings 6-9 a.m. and/or evenings 7-11 p.m. during the school year. Daytime hours may become available on school breaks. Some weekends. Ability to lift and bend up to 100 lbs required. Home on 120 bus rote and near Westwood Village

Application requirements include:
- Pass a criminal conviction background check.
- Provide picture ID and be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Not be the parent or spouse of the person getting care.
- Sign a contract with DSHS and agree to the conditions listed in it.
- Successfully complete all of the caregiver training requirements.
