The Customer Service / Customer Care Position
We are looking for a self-motivated, client-focused individual to provide exceptional service to both existing and potential customers. The ideal candidate is pet lover whose passion transmits through the phone line. We are looking for someone with initiative, drive, and the determination to succeed.

Preferred Customer Service / Customer Care Qualifications
• 1 years’ experience providing customer service over the phone
• Experienced in developing relationships with customers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask
• Skilled at online research
• Ability to learn quickly in an ever changing environment
• Professional communication with managers and team members
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Must be pet friendly
• Strong preference given to candidates with veterinary clinic experience, including both patient and customer service.
• Fluency in Spanish or French is a plus!
