Small in home daycare now hiring – if you LOVE kids this might be the job for you !

LICENSED IN HOME CHILD CARE in West Seattle is seeking a part time employee.

Approx. 20 hours per week – possibly more and this may turn into full time once Fall hits.

Applicant must be able to pass background check, be CPR/First Aid and HIV certified and have negative TB test before starting

Candidate should have strong childcare background:

>Experience in a licensed daycare preferred but will train the right person

>Self motivated – be able to see what needs to be done & do it without being asked !

>Timely (Being punctual is a MUST)

>Creative – help us grow our program into something even more fantastic !

>Competent & completely trustworthy

>Great communication skills – with both parents & kids

>Team player

>Respectful and loving to infant, toddlers, and preschool age children

>Minimum of least 18 yrs of age

Ideally I am looking for a long term commitment – a year would be optimal. Consistency to our children is our goal so someone looking for a long term position is a defitinte plus.

We are currently at capacity so we are unable to consider mommies who need to bring a child along.

We currently have one assistant and you will team with this person to work together to make daycare run smoothly.

Children in care are ages from birth to five.

If working, playing, and exploring with children is your passion then we would love to have your resume.

Salary: $10.00 hour to start with raise potential at 6 months and 12 months.

you might want to check fair employment laws

~

piercings/tattoos do not equate to unprofessional

~

putting this in your ad does reveal your bias, which could open you to discrimination lawsuit
