The people who work at this store are both unusual and exceptional – in a good way. No matter what kind of bizarre fix I need to address, they always manage to come up with a creative solution. What I really appreciate is the fact that many (well, several at least) of the employees are true artists and artisans in their own right. Whether it’s painting (Mike) or woodworking (John) these guys know their stuff. Both of the guys I just mentioned produce incredible work, from Mike’s raven multimedia pieces, to John’s Nakashima style furniture. These folks are a rare and valuable resource – a far cry from the Home Depot experience. I “True-ly Value” their expertise. Great job!

I concur! Went there yesterday for help with a stripped bolt due to someone stealing our License plate from our car. They went out of their way to help. This is why TV is the stop I make before a Lowe’s or Home Depot whenever possible.

I doubly concur. I remember when my residential power cord anchor pulled out of the roof dangling dangerously over the street. I went to TV and wanted a cable-puller/anchor. The helper thought about it and took me directly to the item. With help from my Brother-in-Law we reanchored the cable and problem solved (It was many years ago and I am sure we did it safely).
