These folks are always cheerful. I stopped by Safeway today to get a rose for my daughter’s piano recital and then thought…why am I here when I can patronize a local business? Walked over to Flower Lab (corner of California and Admiral) and was pleased by the friendly service and great value.

I know this seems like a shameless promotion but it’s not. You always hear people complaining about things. I thought it’d be nice to hear about something good for a change. And the owner, I forgot her name, said she was looking forward to the holiday business.
