    Forum-sters, do you know who owns or operates the rail yards adjacent to SR-99 (both east and west sides) that are north of the West Seattle Bridge/Viaduct and south of the Stadium/Tunnel area?

    Is it Port of Seattle, BNSF, Seattle City or some other entity? If you know the entity and/or some local head honcho’s name/contact that would be useful.

    BNSF owns the main intermodal yard (containers are moved between rail and truck). The yards to the west of 99 belong to the port.
