PT or FT office assistant for Life in Balance Physical Therapy. Duties inclued but not limited to:
– Scheduling patients
– Answering phones
– Verifying insurance
– Typing reports using MS Word
– Laundry and other cleaning duties
– Filing
– Data Entry
We are a small office and duties may include other assignments as necessary to run the office.
Qualifications:
– Excellent customer service skills
– Intermediate experience with MS Word
– Experience with MS Excel
– Confidence with computer and learning new programs.
– 1 yr of office experience
– HS diploma
