Possible hit & run?

So about 30 mins ago a lady was in the alley way (on Delridge and SW Barton Pl) screaming, saying she was hit by a car “I f****** hate you people!!” When asked if she was okay she just screamed at the guy who asked. She walked off limping and didn’t appear to accept any kind of assistance, I hope someone was able to get her help or she reports it. :( I didn’t see it happen otherwise I would have called 911.
