    Daniel Rey

His clients have ranged from Microsoft to Toyota to Smirnoff, Sony and Rolling Stone. He has shot the world’s highest-powered executives to legendary celebrities and was assigned by Esquire magazine to shoot President Clinton. He has created album covers for No Doubt, Ice Cube and Lou Reed and excels in environmental portraiture. Daniel revels in creating vibrant illustration collage-style fine art pieces that explode a viewer’s mind with wonder, questions and amusement. His canvases are filled with surprises and profound usualness that converge into a special breed of artistic genius.

With a devastating eye for lighting, Daniel’s style is impeccable with a slight edge. A sought after advertising photographer, he has an uncanny ability to instinctively convey a message through images.

Daniel comes from a pedigree fine art education at the San Francisco Institute where he studied painting and sculpture and the Art Center of Pasadena where he worked in advertising photography — both schools awarded him full scholarships. His work has been featured in Communication Arts magazine, on many covers of Photo District News and most recently he was honored with a first-place Alternative Pick award for CD design.
