    Pecos Pit Bar-B-Que is currently accepting applications for a Hybrid Cook and Delivery Driver position to work the smoker at our Central Pit (located in West Seattle) as well as deliver product to our two Seattle locations. Shifts will run roughly 5am-1pm, may include Saturdays and Holidays. No Sundays.

    Compensation & Benefits:
    -$15-$20 per hour DOE

    Duties to Include:

    -Prepping and smoking pork, beef, and chicken & russet and sweet potatoes too!
    -Prepping condiments and salad ingredients
    -Maintaining and upholding standards for food safety and sanitation
    -Loading, driving and delivering product to our two Seattle locations in our delivery truck

    Qualifications & Requirements:

    -Flexible Team Player
    -Punctual & Reliable
    -Previous Restaurant or Commercial Kitchen Experience
    -WA State Food Worker Card
    -Valid Driver’s License
    -Clean driving record
    -Must be at least 25 years of age (for insurance purposes)
    -Must be able to stand for long periods
    -Must be able to lift 50lbs
