West Seattle Chiropractic Clinic is interviewing for a part-time chiropractic administrative assistant. This position requires a candidate who thoroughly enjoys working with the public, and who will bring strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills to the position. Attention to detail is important. We are a small, but busy office with need for additional administrative, reception, and doctor support.

Typical responsibilities may include support to the doctor during examinations and taking of health histories, answering phones and scheduling patients, greeting and rooming patients, scanning and entering patient files into an electronic system, front desk support, and some correspondence and reports. This is a computer oriented position, so applicants should have strong computer skills.

Our goal is to cross train staff members over time, which brings variety to the position, support to coworkers, and the opportunity for growth. We are seeking someone with the desire to learn and advance their skill set in the health field.

Please email your resume with a cover letter that highlights your qualifications, applicable skills, and very importantly your specific interest in our offered position. We will call those applicants whose education, employment history, and interest provide a good fit. For that someone who brings the right skill set, we are willing to train in the specifics.

We are looking for an applicant who can work a combination of Monday through Friday from 1:30-7:00pm as well as Saturdays from 9:00am to 1:30pm with flexibility to work later if needed. This would be a great opportunity for high school or college students!

Please respond to westseachiro@hotmail.com if interested.
