B’s Po Boy is a creole inspired restaurant located in West Seattle on Alki Beach. Our sandwiches and cocktail menu represent our favorite parts of Louisiana culture and food. Our inside dining is modern and comfortable, with a touch of New Orleans inspired decor.

Hi everyone!

We are officially open and Have experienced extraordinary volume in our first week. Therefore, we are looking for a few more key players to add to our back of house team including Cooks and Dishwashers.

Full time is available for those who are interested, and part time is also available.
Cooks with experience in the kitchen are preferred, but we are more than willing to train anyone willing to learn!
No experience required for dishwashers.
Our servers and bartenders take good care of their counterparts in the kitchen and we open and close as a team so that no one gets left behind in the weeds.
