New to west seattle – need childcare

Hi all. I’m about to move to West Seattle from Texas, along with my wife and 5-year-old son. We’ve been doing a lot of research online (and making some phone calls) but we haven’t been able to make much progress on finding childcare for our son. Can anybody here make any suggestions? We’re looking for fulltime daycare until he starts school in the fall. Thanks.

West Seattle YMCA is great. Our 4yo daughter loves it there. Good program, good teachers and they have the big pool for swimming once a week.

I too say the West Seattle YMCA is a great place!! Full or part time care is available.
