New to area, what is this construction area?

3914 SW Alaska St. Sort of behind/ adjacent to the bowling alley and trader joes. We are new to the area, renting a house now but may want to buy, and would like to have an idea of what this area will look like in a few years. I am aware of the whole foods etc going in across from the fruit stand. Thanks!

Yeah, that would be it! Wow, after reading all that, sounds like its gonna be a while before it becomes anything, but when it does, could be great for business growth, bad for bridge traffic. Thanks for the help!
