need help finding person who hit me and the ran while riding my bicycle

Hi West Seattle community. I need help with finding the person who hit me while i was riding my bicycle and left me in the middle of the street with serious injurys. Here are the details: I was traveling north on 21st Ave SW on December 26th at around 12:30 pm. A blue median sized to small car was also traveling north on 21st Ave SW behind me. As I arrived at Croft Pl SW they side swiped me. I know they know they hit me as i remember the first part of their car that hit me was the passengers door area and sliding down the full length of their car as they contiuned on. A man stopped to help me that is a friend of people who live on the corner of Croft and 21st ave but I have been unable to locate him to thank him and to ask more details of what he saw. There was also a woman there but I don’t know who she was. The case number with the Seattle police is 16-462519 the sergeant assigned is Harwood and her number is 206-684-4874. Thanks for any information you can give.
