Receptionist position available at VAIN

We’re looking for an outgoing, industrious, detail-oriented front desk person to work at our West Seattle and Downtown VAIN locations. This person will work with the salon manager, stylists, and other staff members to ensure that everyone who comes to VAIN has a superior experience. In addition to being conscientious and great with people, the right candidate will appreciate that beauty is an intensely personal vision and will be willing to help each VAIN client and customer explore their individual style.

This is a full-time position at multiple locations (32-40 hours a week with shifts during the week as well as on weekends).

QUALIFICATIONS

+ 1-3 years retail and/or customer service experience both in person and over the phone

+ Computer-literate and web-savvy

+ Highly skilled in listening and communication with clients/customers and co-workers

+ Comfortable managing multiple tasks

+ Able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

+ Trustworthy, considerate, and reliable

+ Knowledge of booking software a huge plus (Millennium, Salon Biz, or similar)

+ Flexible to work different shifts and days
