More plane noise…rumbling?

Anyone notice an increase in loud plane noise? Kind of a rumbling noise?

It’s due to the weather.

When it’s foggy noise carries differently. I can pretty much tell when it’s foggy without looking outside because I start hearing the planes landing when I normally don’t.

I am not sure but they also may have a slightly different approach for fog than they do when it’s clear so that may contribute.
