Landscaper to install small rockery needed.

I need recommendations for a landscaper with experience in installing rockeries. I have a 27′ long 6′ wide trench (already dug) and filled part way with “bio-soil”. I need to line the sides with a dry-walled stone rockery maybe 1.5′ to 2′ tall within the trench. This is for an infiltration bio retention cell that receives runoff from the gutters, etc. Once the rockery is complete, I will be planting specific NW natives within the cell. Thanks.
