What is up with the rubber alligator on a pallet that has been abandoned on the playground for at least two years? I noticed it when the playground coating crew was struggling to move it this morning.
Is there a shortage of funds to install it? Or is there another story behind the gator? Did Gatewood pranksters drop it off?

Just idle summer curiosity.
